This condo complex is rising at the corner of Sunset Blvd. and
Quintero. Talk about a box. No friendly frontage (just a view of the
parking garage) on either street and, from what we hear, a pretty dull
design. What a wasted opportunity on an important corner on a prominent street.

I totally agree, it is so ugly and a waste, there used to be this baby coyote that lived in that lot, and I saw it limping up Quintero one night after they had bulldozed all the trees there that day. I could go on and on about this location, there are many bothersome things about this constuction, it is truly sad to see this in my neoghobor hood, what a eyesore for capitialist gain.
